Your Partner in Student Welfare
We offer comprehensive tools to enhance student activities and administrative processes.
The institution's roots trace back to Engr. Romeo Sustiguer, who managed Green Valley Machinery in the 1990s. Faced with a shortage of skilled workers for growing production demands, he initially relied on costly labor from distant areas. When Mr. Ruden Jose and Mr. Evaristo Abu proposed opening a training center, Engr. Sustiguer saw an opportunity to resolve this challenge and established the Green Valley School of Arts and Technology (GVSAT) in 1995.
Supported by the machinery company, the school focused on industry-based courses like mechanical and electrical technology. Under the leadership of Luz Sustiguer, it pursued growth opportunities and expanded its offerings. By 1998, increasing enrollment led to a new annex site in Koronadal, and the curriculum broadened to include fields such as hotel and restaurant management.
